Breakfast
The buffet breakfast is one of the specialties of the house. During the warmer months it is served by members of our family under the porch of our own home. In the cooler seasons tables are laid out inside the house. All the fare is either home grown or locally sourced and will vary in accordance with the time of year. Home-made cakes such as the typical ‘pasticiottoleccese’, fruit tarts, fresh cream croissants and savory vegetable pastries are all served alongside traditional almond pastries, mostucciuoli and home-made jams and honey. Yoghurt is also provided by a local farm together with dried figs, almonds and fresh fruit from our own orchards. Other treats include freshly made cheeses, warm ricotta, rustic focaccia and typical friselle with tomatoes from our own vegetable garden. All of which is for your pleasure served with coffee, tea, milk and fruit juices.
Special requests for vegan and vegetarians as well as those with a food intolerance will be met at no extra cost with minimum notice.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30am.
